I am originally from New Zealand, where I started my PE teaching career. Prior to Hong Kong I spent time teaching PE in Seoul and London. I enjoy keeping active and like to spend my free time partaking in outdoor activities.

Gwylim RICHARDS

I am originally from Nelson, New Zealand. My teaching background includes teaching Physical and Health Education in New Zealand, London, and most recently Shenzhen, China. At my previous school, I had the opportunity to develop and implement a new Physical and Health Education curriculum. Through my teaching, I aim to promote the importance of physical activity and develop well-rounded students with a passion for sport and exercise. I am passionate about Rugby and have experience playing and coaching and a keen interest in Snowboarding, Cricket, Golf and exploring the surrounding outdoor environment.

Lydia CLOHESY

I am originally from Country Victoria in Australia. Being a true expat at heart, I taught in Dubai for eight years and prior to this was in London for over five years. I take great joy in sharing my genuine lifelong passion for sport and physical activity ensuring students of all abilities are given the opportunity to represent the College whilst cultivating the sporting experiences for our elite athletes. My sporting specialisms range from swimming and water polo to netball. I also enjoy the great outdoors and on my travels I have had many adventures such as camping on the banks of the Zambezi River and trekking in the Himalayas.

Amy PROSSER

Born and raised in Christchurch, New Zealand, where I also taught for six years before moving to Hong Kong with my husband in 2019. I have always had a passion for Health and Physical Education, I believe that it is an important part of a student’s education, which is reflected in my teaching. Outside of the classroom, I stay active through competitive sports and exercise, including playing netball, supporting the NRL and exploring the Hong Kong trails.

Chris RYAN

Kia ora, I am originally from Hawkes Bay in New Zealand. I have taught in New Zealand and most recently in the U.A.E and Qatar. I am passionate about Physical Education and I believe all students can learn many important life skills through this subject. In my free time I enjoy traveling and experiencing new cultures as well as being involved in any sporting context. I try to play as much squash, cricket and hockey as I can. I am in HK with my wife who enjoys beating me when on the trails and bike tracks. 

Andrew PAGE

I am originally from England. I have resided in London, Singapore, Hong Kong and Thailand during my 28 year career in Banking, Finance and Technology. I returned to Hong Kong since 2008 and moved into the Education field in 2015. I have participated in many sports over the years including water-skiing, mountain-biking, badminton and tennis. I am thrilled to be able to contribute to the Cobra Sports programme and PHE at DC. I have also received an Advanced Diploma in Sports Coaching and Performance 2021 while studying part-time at HKUSPACE.
