Parent Consultation – Primary

1. Log in to the Gateway at using your Gateway Parent username and password.


1. Type in your Family Login Name

2. Type in the password you set for your Gateway Account.

3. Click Login.

If you have forgotten your password click the forgot password link and wait for 30 minutes( Max ) for an email. Do not attempt to repeatedly login with the wrong password as this will lock the account. If you do not receive an email after 30 minute please contact to have your password reset manually. We will process your request in office hours (8am-4.30pm Monday to Friday).

2. Go to Parent Consultation section on the right column under iCalendar
NOTE: To view the  event, it will be shown below the Parent Consultation section. To view the previous events, click on the ellipsis sign (…)

3. To make bookings, select the child and proceed


If you have more than one child, you will have to make separate bookings for each child.

4. Choose the date you want to make your appointment on.

5. The Booking Page


1. Your child’s teacher is listed on the left.

2. The white cells are available to book. Click once to book, click again in the same cell to unbook.

3. If the cell is grey it is unavailable.

4. Put your mouse over the blue bar with an arrow to scroll.

Once you have made a booking with your child’s home room teacher the cell will turn pink and the words (Booking Confirmed) will appear next to the Home Room teacher’s name.

Cancel an incorrect booking

To cancel a booking click on the pink booked cell and then click ‘OK’ in the Confirm Message dialog.
