Change Request – Family Contact Details

  1. Log in to the Gateway at using your Gateway Parent username and password.
  2. Click onto the students image 
  3. There will be eight boxes listed with 8 different colours, click on “Student Demographics”.
  4. Select the “Family Information” section and click “Submit Change” button to edit the details with the form in a pop up window.

  5. Fill in necessary information on the ‘Change Request – Family Contact’ pop up window. Required fields are marked with *.
    IMPORTANT: Information changes made in this section will be applied to all siblings, including those who study in other ESF schools.
    You can add/edit the following details on this page:
    1. Guardian Info: work and/or mobile phone number, email address, fax number.
      NOTE: ‘Who should we call first?’ checkbox designates Guardian’s priority for telephone contacts only.
      IMPORTANT: at least one Guardian must have a valid email address AND ‘Yes’ selected under ‘Above email is used for school contact?’
    2. Family Info: home and mailing address.NOTE: ‘Address proof document’ is NOT required.
  6. Click “Next” button at the bottom of the pop up window when you are done entering/updating all information.
  7. IMPORTANT: Review your edits on the next page and click “Confirm” button at the bottom of the page to submit your changes.

Your changes will be reviewed by designated school staff. If you have provided all necessary information it will be updated to Gateway and you should see your changes in there within 2 working days. If your information is incomplete, your change request will be denied and you will receive an email with details.
